West Liberty University Softball Team

This is the sports poster I did recently for the West Liberty University softball team. I'm pleased with the results as we took the middle picture in the beginnings of a steady drizzle of rain that day! Thank goodness it stopped a couple of hours later and I was able to capture some action shots! Hope you enjoy it!

Ravenswood Middle Track Team

Another poster finished! It was "hot" work the day we got together for this one but it was worth it in the end! The kids did a great job and the poster speaks for itself. I love it!

Fun On the Farm!

This is my favorite shot from the most recent shoot we did! I caught this young man at just the right moment as he peeked around the hay bale and the result was priceless...in fact, all his images were priceless! Enjoy!

Senior of the Month!

This young lady is about to graduate and embark on her college career! We had a great time creating some senior memories for her this past week and wish her the best of luck in all her future endeavors! Thought you'd enjoy this image...she was fun to work with!

Among the Rocks!

We had a wonderful time photographing this young man for his senior portraits! We stumbled upon some fabulous rock formations and backgrounds in the same area that we took full advantage of... I'm particularly fond of this image as it's casual yet powerful. I lit this image with a shoot-through-the-umbrella flash off to the right so that the light "wrapped" around his face and gave it dimension. I'm certain he and his parents will have fun viewing the rest of his images! Tell me what you think...

First Communion

First Communion is a special day in the life of a child. I was honored to shoot that wonderful milestone this past weekend. And what a great day to celebrate.....Easter Sunday! This was a quick image I captured right after the ceremony. Enjoy!

Ravenswood High School Softball Has Begun!!

The high school softball season has begun for all area high schools and I was honored to be asked to take photographs of the senior players on this year's team. It was cold at that first game but I think we got some great shots of the young ladies! Enjoy this one!

Beautiful Young Lady

This young lady wasn't even aware that I was taking her photograph! She was so intent on knowing what was in her basket! This is a beautiful image that her parents will treasure over the years, I'm sure!

Furry Friend!

This is one of my favorite images from our weekend Easter shoots! I thought I'd share it with you and see what you thought! It's one of those shots that happens once in a great while! The rabbit was one of my best subjects!

Confirmation!

This past Tuesday was Confirmation at St. Matthew Parish! I had the joy of photographing all 6 of the Confirmation class as well as Bishop Michael Bransfield of the Wheeling-Charlestion Diocese. The ceremony was both inspiring and beautiful! Thanks for the awesome experience, Father Alfred!
